Timothy M. Mitrovich JD
Tim Mitrovich is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TEN Capital where his primary responsibility is designing the firm’s vision to deliver an industry leading client experience. Mr. Mitrovich formed TEN Capital in 2012. During the past 8 years, the company has grown from $80 million assets under management (AUM) to more than $800 million AUM. TEN Capital has achieved the distinction as the largest Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm in the Spokane Washington area.
Tim began his career in the investment industry over twenty years ago and immediately found he had a passion and aptitude for analyzing markets and designing portfolios, but more importantly, also helping clients understand how that work is connected to proven strategies to achieve their investment goals. Tim graduated from Whitworth University in 1999, where he studied political science and economics in addition to playing quarterback on the football team and becoming a Rhodes Scholar Finalist. In 2003, Tim graduated from the University of Washington, School of Law, where he served as the Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. After interning with the national law firms of Womble Carlyle in Raleigh and Perkins Coie in Seattle, he chose to practice law in the Mergers and Acquisition group at Perkins Coie.
In 2005, Tim returned to the investment industry at a regional broker dealer where he developed and grew the firm's Investment Advisory business. Over time, interest grew from other advisors, both inside and outside the firm, to be a part of Tim's vision for the future of wealth management. This led Tim to form TEN Capital in 2012. TEN Capital was created to provide new and existing clients with dynamic strategies for their portfolios and a dedicated team approach to private wealth management.
In addition to his leadership responsibilities at TEN Capital, Tim is a regular speaker within the investment industry, while also serving on a number of non-profit boards providing expertise to assist such organizations achieve their vision and goals.
His most honored achievement is his position as a loving husband to his wife Rachel, and dad to his precocious daughters, Addy and Isla.
